Ayr\u0131ca, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin evlendikten sonra bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde istifa etmesi veya erkek i\u015f\u00e7ilerin askerlik nedeniyle i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi durumlar da k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 hakk\u0131 do\u011furur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde istifa ve tazminat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde istifa eden tazminat alabilir mi<\/strong> sorusu, kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden farkl\u0131 olarak daha s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme gelir. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131, \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nda belirtilen genel kurallara tabidir.
