Bu \u00fccret, vekaletnamenin kapsam\u0131na (genel veya \u00f6zel) ve sayfa say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, tapu i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in vekaletname \u00fccreti yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.820 TL, ara\u00e7 al\u0131m-sat\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ise 783,82 TL\u2019dir. Avukata vekalet verilmesi durumunda, 138 TL\u2019lik Baro pulu \u00fccreti de eklenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Noter ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ara\u00e7 al\u0131m-sat\u0131m i\u015flemleri, noter huzurunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen en yayg\u0131n i\u015flemlerden biridir. 2025 noter ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f \u00fccreti, arac\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131r veya ikinci el olmas\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. S\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in noter sat\u0131\u015f \u00fccreti 1.138 TL, ikinci el ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in ise noter ara\u00e7 devir \u00fccreti 1.489,36 TL olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00fccretlere, sat\u0131\u015f harc\u0131 ve de\u011ferli ka\u011f\u0131t bedeli dahildir. Plaka de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi talep edilmesi durumunda, T\u00fcrkiye \u015eof\u00f6rler ve Otomobilciler Federasyonu\u2019na \u00f6denen ek \u00fccret (\u00f6rne\u011fin, iki plaka i\u00e7in 160 TL) de hesaba kat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Noter sat\u0131\u015f \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noter sat\u0131\u015f \u00fccreti, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz veya ara\u00e7 gibi mallar\u0131n devir i\u015flemlerinde \u00f6denen bedeli ifade eder. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri i\u00e7in noterler, sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferinin binde biri oran\u0131nda \u00fccret al\u0131r; ancak bu \u00fccret 500 TL\u2019den az ve 4.000 TL\u2019den fazla olamaz. Bu \u00fccretler, i\u015flemin resmiyet kazanmas\u0131 ve tescil i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in zorunludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Noter ihtarname \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noter ihtarname \u00fccreti, hukuki bir durumun bildirilmesi veya taraflar\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilen ihtarnamenin maliyetidir. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihtarname \u00fccreti, i\u00e7eri\u011fe, sayfa say\u0131s\u0131na ve g\u00f6nderim \u015fekline ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ortalama 1.000 TL ile 1.500 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bir ki\u015fiye g\u00f6nderilen standart bir ihtarname i\u00e7in \u00fccret yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.500 TL\u2019dir. Ara\u00e7 al\u0131m sat\u0131m noter \u00fccreti 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7larda 1.138 TL, ikinci el ara\u00e7larda ise 1.489,36 TL\u2019dir.
