Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) taraf\u0131ndan uygulanan program, i\u015fverenlerin sigorta primi y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc hafifletirken, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Te\u015fvikten yararlanmak isteyen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7eli i\u015fletmelerin belirli \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getirmesi yeterli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6111 say\u0131l\u0131 te\u015fvikten kimler yararlanabilir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6111 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131ndaki bu te\u015fvikten \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015fverenleri yararlanabiliyor. Te\u015fvik, 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131nlar\u0131 istihdam eden i\u015fyerlerini kaps\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, i\u015fe al\u0131nacak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n son 6 ayda sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u0130\u015fverenin, mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131na ek olarak yeni personel istihdam etmesi de temel \u015fartlardan biri. Mesleki yeterlilik belgesi olan kad\u0131nlar, \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131tl\u0131 i\u015fsizler veya belirli ya\u015f gruplar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in ek avantajlar sunuluyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 18-29 ya\u015f aras\u0131 kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in te\u015fvik s\u00fcresi daha uzun olabiliyor. \u0130\u015fverenlerin, SGK\u2019ya prim borcunun olmamas\u0131 veya bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve d\u00fczenli \u00f6d\u00fcyor olmas\u0131 da te\u015fvikten faydalanmak i\u00e7in kritik bir kriter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Destek kapsam\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131nlar\u0131 istihdam eden i\u015fverenler i\u00e7in sigorta primi i\u015fveren pay\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu\u2019ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Destek s\u00fcresi:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in: 24 ila 54 ay (\u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131tl\u0131ysa 6 ay eklenir).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesleki yeterlilik belgesi sahipleri i\u00e7in: Ek 12 ay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prime esas kazan\u00e7 \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na kadar (2025 itibar\u0131yla 31.128,89 TL) destek sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6111 say\u0131l\u0131 te\u015fvikin \u015fartlar\u0131 neler?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te\u015fvikten yararlanmak i\u00e7in i\u015fverenlerin uymas\u0131 gereken bir dizi \u015fart mevcut. \u0130lk olarak, i\u015fe al\u0131nacak kad\u0131n\u0131n <strong>son 6 ayda<\/strong> ba\u015fka bir i\u015fyerinde sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u0130\u015fverenin, te\u015fvikten \u00f6nceki 6 ayl\u0131k ortalama sigortal\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131na ilave istihdam sa\u011flamas\u0131 \u015fart. Ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerinin yasal s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde SGK\u2019ya teslim edilmesi, kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya sahte sigortal\u0131 bildirimi yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 da di\u011fer \u00f6nemli ko\u015fullar aras\u0131nda. E\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131tl\u0131ysa, bu s\u00fcreye 6 ay daha ekleniyor. <strong>Mesleki yeterlilik belgesi<\/strong> sahibi kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in ise ek 12 ay destek sunuluyor.&nbsp;Bu belgenin nas\u0131l al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyorsan\u0131z <a href=\"https:\/\/isinolsun.com\/blog\/mesleki-yeterlilik-belgesi-nasil-alinir\/\">Mesleki yeterlilik belgesi nas\u0131l al\u0131n\u0131r<\/a> yaz\u0131m\u0131za mutlaka g\u00f6z at\u0131n. Bu te\u015fvik, i\u015fverenlerin personel maliyetlerini ciddi oranda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor ve uzun vadeli istihdam planlamas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ise kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam\u0131n artmas\u0131, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik haklar\u0131na eri\u015fim ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yer edinme anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0130\u015fverenlerden beklentiler<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te\u015fvikten yararlanan i\u015fverenlerden, istihdam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fine katk\u0131da bulunmalar\u0131 bekleniyor. SGK, te\u015fvikin amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 denetliyor; bu nedenle i\u015fverenlerin \u015fartlara tam uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fe al\u0131nan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce te\u015fvik s\u00fcresince istihdam edilmesi, program\u0131n temel beklentilerinden. Ayr\u0131ca, i\u015fverenlerin te\u015fvikten faydalan\u0131rken kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 ve e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 sunmas\u0131 da dolayl\u0131 bir beklenti olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci genellikle e-Devlet \u00fczerinden veya SGK il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130\u015fverenlerin, te\u015fvik \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belgeleyen evraklar\u0131 eksiksiz sunmas\u0131 \u015fart. Ba\u015fvuru sonras\u0131 SGK, i\u015fyerini ve istihdam edilen ki\u015fiyi inceleyerek te\u015fviki onayl\u0131yor.
