T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mobbing&#8217;e maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu haklar, \u00e7e\u015fitli yasalar ve y\u00f6netmeliklerle korunur. <strong>Mobbbing \u00f6zellikleri<\/strong> ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 haklar\u0131 genel olarak \u015fu \u015fekildedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130\u015f Kanunu Kapsam\u0131nda Haklar: T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u0130\u015f Kanunu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 mobbing&#8217;e kar\u015f\u0131 korumak amac\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli h\u00fck\u00fcmler i\u00e7erir. 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019nun 5. maddesi, i\u015fverenin e\u015fit davranma borcunu d\u00fczenler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapmama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc getirir.
