Bu orana binaen \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde 100 ki\u015filik personele sahip olan i\u015fverenlerin en az 3 engelli personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vard\u0131r. Bu oranlar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan personel say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. En az 50 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana sahip olan i\u015fyerlerinde kamu kurumlar\u0131nda %4, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde ise %3 personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Engelli personelleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma oranlar\u0131 da bu y\u00fczdelik dilimlere g\u00f6re hesaplanarak uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; 65 i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran bir firmada g\u00f6revlendirilmesi gereken engelli say\u0131s\u0131 65&#215;0,03 = 1.95\u2019tir. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde \u015fubeleri bulunan firmalarda her bir ilde bulunan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131, ayr\u0131 hesaplanmal\u0131, buna g\u00f6re engelli personel istihdam\u0131 olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engelli personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma avantajlar\u0131 nelerdir?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do\u011fu\u015ftan veya sonradan bedensel, zihinsel, ruhsal veya duygusal olarak sosyal yeteneklerini farkl\u0131 derecelerde kullanamayan, toplumsal ya\u015fama uyum sa\u011flamakta zorlanan ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lama konusunda zorluklar ya\u015fayan bireyler engelli olarak nitelendirilir. Engelli bireyler i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen mesai saati normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olan mesai saati d\u00fczenlemesine tabidir. Ancak engelli bireyin sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flama durumuna g\u00f6re i\u015fveren, mesai saati d\u00fczenlemesinde esneklik g\u00f6sterebilir. Kamu kurumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan engelli bireyler, kendi istekleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda saat 20.00 ila 06.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamazlar.
